amcoss @ CMP & Wet Users Group Meeting

Thank you that we got the opportunity to be a sponsor of the CMP & Wet Users Group spring meeting in Villach on April 18-19, 2024. It was a really inspiring meeting with many great participants and presentations.

We are proud that we were able to present our latest development, the amd 0031 resist dispense pump at this event for the first time. This pump is a highly accurate device in terms of control and precision of resist dispense. It can be used in many applications and systems in which a wide variety of resists, even with high viscosity, have to be dispensed. Don´t hesitate to get more information from us!
